91K views 1 year ago. in this video i have given a method to fix mouse not working problem in GTA vice city PC (windows 10 ,windows 11, windows 7, windows 8,windows XP, etc It always annoyed me that I could only scroll forwards to change the Radio station in Vice City. So I created this small script that allows you to scroll backwards as well as forwards to change the Radio. Inside VC the vertical mouse movement is still like a weasel on ex-lax. It seems that VC interrogates the mouse input directly, and ignores the Windows mouse settings. It also seems that slowing the mouse down inside the game by using the senesitivity option only slows down the left/right movement and _not_ the vertical movement.
